Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from employees, both domestically and internationally. The specialist will handle and resolve IT requests and incident reports received via phone, email, and remote support tools, escalating complex issues to second-level support when necessary. Key responsibilities also include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, assisting with hardware procurement, contributing to IT projects, and creating IT documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
