Job Summary

This role involves working as an SAP In-House Consultant specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Variant Configuration (VC), focusing on the adaptation and further development of internationally deployed SAP applications. The consultant will ensure the integration and consistency of processes, methods, product data, and IT solutions, while actively advising subject matter experts (e.g., in R&D and Quality Management) on optimizing internal and external processes. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing requirements from business units, managing projects from analysis through to roll-out, troubleshooting SAP application errors, and conducting user training. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, possesses knowledge of SAP modules like PLM/VC, ECTR, QM, PP, and MM, and has several years of practical experience managing IT systems and implementation projects. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in both German and English are essential for success in this advisory role.
