Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in control systems and EPLAN P8, focusing on the development and implementation of control concepts for machinery and industrial plants. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying electrical and pneumatic schematics using EPLAN P8, selecting and dimensioning electrical components, and establishing technical standards. The position also involves preparing functional descriptions, technical planning documents, overseeing electrical installations, and supporting commissioning. Collaboration with project managers and suppliers is key, alongside creating technical documentation and conducting risk assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in electrical engineering and control systems to contribute to innovative technical solutions within a dynamic team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrical Master, Technician, University Degree, or comparable qualification (e.g., Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Programmer)
Experience
- Professional experience in the project planning of electrical systems with EPLAN P8
- Good knowledge in safety engineering
- Experience in control technology / SPS programming (especially Siemens S7) is advantageous
