Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity to start or advance an IT career, supporting a prominent company in Tittmoning. The Service Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support. Day-to-day tasks include managing incident resolution, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and monitoring systems, and utilizing a ticket system for accurate documentation and tracking. Key responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with agreed-upon response times, documenting solutions in a knowledge base, and performing user administration and software installations. Candidates should possess a completed IT qualification, very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office, and practical experience with common hardware and software. Fluency in both German and English is required, making this a crucial communication-focused technical support position.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector; ITIL Certification (advantageous)
