Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Support Specialist who will be instrumental in managing and optimizing IT systems, with a particular focus on ERP environments. Day-to-day, you will provide comprehensive first and second-level support, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining client and server systems within a Microsoft ecosystem. A key part of the role involves ensuring system availability through robust backup and recovery processes, performing system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations, and meticulously documenting IT processes and customer projects.
