Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Support Team Lead who will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Service Management team. The successful candidate will ensure smooth IT service operations and drive the continuous improvement of IT service processes in line with ITIL. Key responsibilities include coordinating process owners for core service processes like Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and enhancing reporting capabilities to optimize service quality. This position offers the chance to actively shape the strategic direction of the IT Service department, working closely with internal departments, external providers, and customers. Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
