Job Summary
This role involves providing global technical support for products, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. The Technical Support Engineer will manage national and international customer inquiries from initial error reports to resolution, ensuring high device availability. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough fault analyses via phone and written communication, supporting distributors and customers worldwide, and documenting test results in the ERP system. The position also requires providing on-demand video support for complex issues and performing on-site analyses at customer locations. Required Skills
Education
Completed training in Electrical Engineering with further qualification as a Technician, or a completed degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering
- Initial experience in technical support or a comparable service area, preferably with medical systems
- Analytical and solution-oriented working approach

Additional
- Driver's license Class B required; Willingness to travel
