Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading IT solutions provider experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in a large-scale IT rollout, supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients across Germany, and managing application support for Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. Day-to-day tasks include handling incidents and requests, documenting activities in a ticketing system, and performing central software distribution.
