Job Summary

This role as a Service Technician offers a permanent position within an international manufacturer specializing in high-quality technical equipment for gastronomy and commercial kitchens. The successful candidate will operate in a technical field service capacity, primarily focusing on the Hamburg region, serving hotels, catering, and large-scale kitchens. Daily tasks involve the autonomous maintenance, repair, and commissioning of commercial dishwashers and kitchen appliances. This includes detailed fault analysis, technical problem-solving, providing customer instruction, and documenting all service deployments using modern digital systems. To excel, you must possess completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in technical field service or machine maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ideally control systems is essential.
