This role involves providing comprehensive support and consultation to end-customers, specialized dealers, and business partners both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries related to orders, delivery status, products, complaints, and warranty claims, as well as meticulously documenting customer interactions within the CRM system. The specialist will also coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and repair services, and contribute to the continuous optimization of service processes and quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, a structured and independent work approach, and proficiency in German and English.
