Job Summary

This role involves managing international order processing and customer support within a dynamic, growing European company. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming orders, coordinating logistics with service providers, managing POS materials, processing complaints and credits, and preparing export documents. You will also be the primary contact for customers regarding delivery issues and coordinate pre-payment orders with administration and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, initial professional experience in order or export processing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ideally ERP systems.
