As a Second Level IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT incidents, maintaining Windows clients, servers, and networks, and supporting the administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365. Education
Completed IT-related vocational training or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in Second Level Support
- Professional experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Professional experience in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network technologies
