This role involves providing high-level IT support specifically for executive-level end-users and conference rooms, ensuring seamless operation and quick resolution of technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include managing support tickets, performing hardware installations, moves, additions, changes, and disposals (IMACD), and maintaining accurate asset documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system integration or electronics, excellent knowledge of standard hardware and Windows operating systems, and proven experience supporting VIP clients.
