Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading European IT service provider, specifically assisting their end-customer, Daimler. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for processing incident reports and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, performing hardware and software troubleshooting for client environments, and supporting users with mobile devices (iOS and Android). You will also analyze and resolve network issues on clients and workstation cabling, and conduct onsite support including installation, relocation, and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and printers.
