Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in field service, working with a well-known German mechanical engineering company in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, performing hardware and software deployments, optimizing infrastructure, and providing 1st and 2nd level IT support on-site. Day-to-day tasks include managing service point inventory, deploying loaner notebooks, distributing small parts for communication tools, and providing phone support for mobile rollouts.
