Job Summary

This role is for a First Level Support and Administration professional to join an owner-managed IT company in Munich, specializing in supporting client workstations and server landscapes for medium-sized businesses. Day-to-day, you will coordinate incident resolution and user communication, manage incident management and service requests within the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, Windows Server, SCCM), administer end-users and client systems, and collaborate with expert teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also monitor adherence to contractual SLAs. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable IT sector training (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Administrator, Business Information Systems Specialist, IT Security Technician, or Engineer for Technical Informatics)

Experience

  • Professional experience with the operation of complex IT infrastructures
  • Experience with ITIL processes, specifically in Incident and Change Management
  • Experience in supporting Windows Clients and Windows Server systems
