Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Subject Matter Architect to join the Life Systems Dialog team in Augsburg/Frankfurt. The primary focus will be on supporting and actively shaping a system integration Proof of Concept and a migration project for Dialog Lebensversicherung, specifically within the bAV IT landscape KollVWS, with an emphasis on statistics, finance, and commission. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and modeling complex business processes, translating business requirements into technical concepts, ensuring architectural guidelines and quality standards are met, and contributing expertise in cross-functional teams to advance the KollVWS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance business processes, actuarial science, financial accounting, and a proven track record in migration projects and software development.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Mathematics and/or Computer Science or comparable IT education
Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in business processes of a life insurance company in actuarial science and tariff calculation
- Knowledge in accounting and preparation of financial statements
- Successful implementation of migration projects
- Experience in relevant processes of system development and system operation within life insurance
- Detailed knowledge of the architecture and business processes of the KollVWS administration system for Dialog bAV
- Professional experience in software development projects or independent realization of business requirements, including business conceptualization with departments
