Job Summary
As a Working Student in Digital Systems Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the internal Second Level Support team, with a primary focus on telephony systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing on-site support for telephony technology, assisting employees with hardware and software usage, and developing solutions for technical issues in close collaboration with Third-Level Support. You will also contribute to coordinating measures for continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the IT sector within a leading German direct insurer, working on engaging topics with a supportive team and enjoying flexible, university-friendly working hours. Required Skills
