Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician in the Federal Police's regional workshop, specifically in the Munich branch of Rosenheim. The primary responsibility involves acting as a specialist administrator for network technology, focusing on network operations and ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines for the workshop and its satellite offices. The technician will also serve as a key contact and user support for workshop-specific IT equipment, and actively contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of IT equipment concepts for the specialized workshops. A unique aspect of this position is that successful candidates will be hired as police officers, undergoing a comprehensive theoretical and practical police training program to prepare them for duties within the police service.

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or another recognized vocational training with an electronic focus.

Experience

  • At least 18 months of relevant professional experience in electronics or related fields (or willingness to gain it on the job)
  • Professional experience not older than 5 years
  • Professional experience in network technology administration
