Job Summary

This role involves supporting students in the Burgenlandkreis region of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, as they transition from vocational preparation into apprenticeships, with a focus on increasing success rates in dual vocational training. The Training Manager will provide individual counseling on career orientation, application processes, and conflict resolution, while also building and maintaining a strong network between vocational schools, businesses, and support structures like school social work and youth employment agencies. Key responsibilities include identifying student support needs, developing and implementing targeted support concepts, assisting students with German language difficulties, and organizing job-related language courses. The position also requires public relations work, documentation, and project administration support.
