Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be a crucial part of the Technical Customer Service team, performing service assignments in dental practices, oral and maxillofacial surgery clinics, and orthodontic practices. Your daily tasks will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing dental medical equipment, as well as handling customer orders and meticulously documenting service calls. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing essential training on new devices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading B2B trading company in the dental sector, operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial family business environment with minimal bureaucracy and a strong emphasis on innovation. A company car, available for private use, is also provided.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, preferably as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or automotive mechanic, or comparable qualification(s)
Experience
- Professional experience in a technical field, preferably as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or automotive mechanic
- Experience working independently and in an organized manner
- Experience with customer-oriented work
