Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be a crucial part of the Technical Customer Service team, performing service assignments directly at dental practices, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and orthodontic practices. Your daily tasks will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing dental medical devices, processing customer orders, and meticulously documenting all service assignments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing essential training on new equipment. Required Skills
Education
