This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of technical systems within various properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building-related electrical systems, including troubleshooting. A key aspect of the role is customer-oriented fault resolution, proactively addressing and optimizing operational processes. You will also perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with current regulations and conduct independent testing of portable and fixed systems. Digital documentation of all activities using mobile devices is required.
