Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of complex building automation systems (BAS/BMS) and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology within a data center and office property in Hannover. The technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, including troubleshooting ISP cabinets and optimizing operational processes. Key duties also include performing conversion work such as installations and cable pulling, and digitally documenting all activities using mobile devices. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering qualification (e.g., as an industrial electrician or electronics technician) and possesses initial professional experience in MCR/BMS systems. Expertise in conventional and digital control and regulation technology, coupled with knowledge of power generation and supply systems, is essential for success in this demanding, full-time, and permanent position.
