Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing projects through the initial planning and approval phases (LP1 to LP4) for the establishment and ventures of international companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing application documents in accordance with various environmental and construction laws (BImSchG, WHG, KrWG, BauGB, BetrSichV, TEHG etc.), and providing expert guidance to clients throughout the permitting process, including all necessary communication with authorities. A key aspect of the role is the internal, interdisciplinary organization of environmental assessments.
