Estimator Technical Building Equipment (TBE) | Kalkulator Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves independently calculating costs for technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitation, and electrical systems) projects in both new construction and renovation. The Estimator will review tender documents, assess technical and economic feasibility, determine quantities from drawings and BIM models, and obtain/evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. A key part of the role is developing cost-optimizing technical solutions in collaboration with planners and project managers, maintaining calculation databases, and performing profitability analyses. The ideal candidate will have a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification or equivalent technical training, with at least 5 years of experience in construction estimation, particularly in TBE. Proficiency in estimation software and a strong understanding of costs are essential.
