Job Summary
This full-time role involves hands-on experimentation and synthesis in polymer chemistry, focusing on UV/LED curable plastics. The successful candidate will conduct polymerizations, analyze polymer properties like molecular weight and viscosity using various lab equipment, and develop new formulations to meet product and customer specifications. The position requires a professional with a strong background in chemical technology, ideally with experience in a paints and coatings laboratory, who can independently manage projects from development to optimization, and support the scaling up of new products. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering (Paints and Coatings specialization), or a comparable education with professional experience. Alternatively, a secondary school leaving certificate combined with a chemical-technical education or several years of practical experience.
