This full-time Product Development Chemist role involves leading coating-focused development projects for UV/LED curable plastics. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and developing solutions based on product, customer, and application requirements, as well as independently planning, executing, evaluating, and documenting analyses and formulation trials. They will present findings to project and department leads, handle internal and external customer samples, and support the development function in scaling up products, conducting long-term tests, and optimizing process parameters.
