Job Summary

This role is for a First-Level Support Specialist who will be the initial point of contact for customers using ERP and WMS software solutions. Day-to-day, you will systematically manage customer inquiries via a ticketing system and phone, classify and prioritize support requests, and independently resolve simple issues or escalate complex ones. You will maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their requests, document everything meticulously, and actively contribute to software and process improvements, including quality assurance and testing. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial or IT apprenticeship/training is desirable, but motivated career changers are welcome.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer support or IT is beneficial
  • Experience with ticketing systems or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Professional experience in commercial processes
