Job Summary

This role involves leading a team responsible for comprehensive building services and critical fire protection measures across two pharmaceutical company sites. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will manage maintenance activities, coordinate external service providers for cleaning, landscaping, and repairs, and oversee various technical inspections. A significant part of the role is dedicated to fire safety, including acting as the Fire Protection Officer, planning and documenting fire protection maintenance, coordinating emergency drills, and maintaining fire safety documentation.
