Job Summary
This role is for a Plant Designer specializing in conveyor systems, working under the guidance of a team leader. The primary responsibility involves the timely and accurate creation of layouts for conveyor technology, steel structures, and safety systems. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to project development, creating tender layouts, conducting feasibility and collision studies, and coordinating with external planning partners and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in mechanical engineering or plant design, experience with CAD systems, and a strong understanding of conveyor technology and steel construction. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects within an innovative company in the intralogistics sector, contributing to the design and development of advanced material flow solutions for a diverse international client base.

Education
Technical training or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Plant Planning, or similar
Experience
- Professional experience with CAD systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor or comparable)
- Understanding of technical interrelationships in conveyor technology and steel construction
