Job Summary

This role is centered on the planning and execution of layouts for complex material flow solutions within the intralogistics sector, serving major clients in automotive, healthcare, and general industry. As a Layout Planner, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of detailed layouts encompassing conveyor technology, necessary steel construction, and safety systems, working under the guidance of a Group Leader. Key daily tasks include developing proposal layouts and material quantity structures to support the sales team, conducting feasibility and collision studies, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project goals. You will actively coordinate technical interfaces with external planning partners and internal departments (Sales, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing). The ideal candidate brings a technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Planning, practical experience with CAD systems (such as AutoCAD or Inventor), and a strong technical understanding of conveyor technology and structural steelwork.
