This role supports the Kiel Civil Engineering Office in shaping its future by focusing on process optimization, innovation, and digitalization. The successful candidate will assist in project and process management, developing and implementing new ideas, concepts, methods, and standards. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating digitalization projects, creating process maps, identifying weaknesses, and maintaining process tools. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or FH-Diploma) with a standard study period of at least 6 semesters, or civil service qualification for the first entry-level of career group two, General Services, or completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Advanced Employee Training II).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience based on prior education and training
  • Experience in at least 2 different workplaces (minimum 2 years each)
