Job Summary

The KSK-Real Estate Management GmbH, a subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Köln, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their planning department in Sankt Augustin. This role involves steering and supporting external engineering firms on planning and construction projects, coordinating planning phases 1-5, and serving as a central interface to construction and technical building management. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical and energetic standards, develop and optimize existing technical concepts, and be responsible for reviewing and approving service specifications and external planning documents.
