The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimal functioning of building and ventilation systems, either independently or in collaboration with external partners. Key daily tasks include monitoring system values, operating the Building Management System (BMS/GLT), responding to and resolving fault reports promptly via the service portal, and performing minor repairs and general facility management duties.
