Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Thuringian Police by analyzing various data types from connected vehicles, including usage, traffic, telemetry, and location data. The analyst will identify and develop new investigative approaches related to vehicle communication (backend, Car-to-X, Car-to-Car) and evaluate digital vehicle components like CAN and Automotive Ethernet. A key responsibility is to develop and implement tools and methods for data collection, preparation, and business process optimization, while also serving as a central contact point for vehicle-related inquiries. The position requires a degree in a relevant technical field and strong practical experience in automotive IT, network technologies, and cybersecurity. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Vehicle Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or a comparable field.
