Job Summary

As a Digital Forensics Officer / Cyber Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting police departments across Thuringia by securing, processing, visualizing, and forensically examining digital data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying digital evidence at crime scenes, recovering deleted or encrypted data, and conducting network analysis and malware forensics. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of approximately 80 colleagues within the State Criminal Police Office, contributing to meaningful and socially relevant tasks. The role requires a strong background in IT or electrical engineering, a Class B driving license, and a commitment to public service in a crisis-proof, permanent position.
