Job Summary

As a Scrum Master for the Basic Control Germany team within Process Automation, you will be instrumental in fostering agile development and efficient collaboration across three development teams, Product Owners, and Project Managers. Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution, removing impediments, and promoting team self-organization. You will also apply your project management expertise to structure processes and drive projects forward.
