Job Summary

This role involves performing critical quality control tasks within a highly automated, modern dairy facility. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting raw milk analyses, sensory evaluations of products, and specialized tests for cleaning and disinfection solutions, as well as potable and process water. Key duties also include the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, with significant professional experience in the food industry, and must be prepared to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays.
