This role is for a proactive Digitalization Specialist to drive the digital transformation of Menü Mobil in Vogelsberg, a growing regional provider of mobile and community catering. The specialist will analyze and optimize existing analog workflows, implement new digital solutions for ordering, tour planning, and billing, and select appropriate software for administration and logistics. A key part of the role involves training and supporting the team through these changes, collaborating closely with management and IT service providers. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a Digitalization Specialist (ideally), or willingness to undergo further training in digitalization, software implementation, or process optimization.
Experience
- Professional experience in digitalization projects, ideally in the gastronomy or catering sector, OR willingness to acquire these skills through a funded further training program
- Experience with tools for logistics, tour planning, merchandise management, or HACCP documentation (ideally)
- Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, logistics, or with small/medium-sized companies (ideally)
