The specialist will be actively involved in event management, including coordinating event-related services, providing on-site event support, and assisting with specific press and marketing activities. Key qualifications include a completed administrative or commercial vocational training, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungswirt*in), City Secretary (Stadtsekretär*in), Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte*r), or equivalent administrative training (Verwaltungslehrgang I); OR a three-year commercial vocational training or office/administrative service experience.
