Job Summary

As an IT Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and monitoring of the technical infrastructure within a data center in Cologne. Your daily tasks will involve managing energy and building technology, emergency power supplies, UPS systems, fire protection, cooling, and climate control. You will oversee the building management system, coordinate necessary repairs, and implement modernization measures. Utilizing a ticketing system, you'll track and resolve issues, and organize external firms and service providers when required.
