Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational excellence of a leading German cloud provider's data centers in Düsseldorf and Cologne. The IT Service Technician is responsible for the setup, cabling, and electronic connection of server hardware and network components, as well as executing necessary repairs within the data center environment. A core part of the role includes independently handling customer inquiries and actively monitoring and maintaining the company's proprietary data center infrastructure and electronic systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT systems electronics or relevant professional experience, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for IT and electronics. This position requires participation in a rotating shift schedule after an initial training period, demanding a high degree of responsibility, reliability, and a service-oriented approach to work.
