Job Summary

As an IT Technician in a high-availability data center in Munich, you will be responsible for the installation, removal, and cabling of server, storage, and network technology. This role involves performing network connections (copper and fiber optic), analyzing and resolving hardware and network malfunctions, and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the data center. You will organize and coordinate workflows, act as an interface between technical teams, internal departments, and clients, and collaborate with external service providers.
