Job Summary

This role involves leading the start-up process for new contracts in Facility Management and building technology. The successful candidate will ensure contractual and legal compliance, manage performance and quantity reconciliation for technical building equipment, and assess the technical condition of systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating start-up interfaces and providing on-site project support. Ideal candidates will have a technical background, significant experience in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and preferably knowledge of CAFM systems.
