Job Summary
This role is for a Team Lead in Planning Control and Safety Technology, focusing on railway infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering team development, coordinating team organization, and shaping the strategic evolution of LST planning. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing interesting projects in control and safety technology planning, specifically for level crossings, electronic interlockings (ESTW), digital interlockings (DSTW), and European Train Control System (ETCS). The role requires taking technical responsibility in project execution and continuous skill development through various training opportunities. This position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and team collaboration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field of study
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a specialist planner in Control and Safety Technology (LST)
- Professional experience in project work (independent and team-oriented)
Languages

- Driving license Class B (ideally)
