Job Summary

This role involves overseeing road construction projects through all phases of HOAI (Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), from initial planning and design to cost estimation and execution. The successful candidate will prepare and manage construction projects, including quantity surveying, creating tender documents, and supervising on-site activities. Key responsibilities also include developing construction schedules, assisting in public procurement processes, and creating traffic sign and diversion plans using specialized software. This position requires a state-certified civil engineering technician with experience in road construction, strong CAD skills, and a solid understanding of building regulations.
