Job Summary
This part-time Service Desk Analyst role involves being the primary point of contact for users, handling and resolving their inquiries within 1st level support, specifically for citizen services in the transport sector. You will contribute to optimizing processes and documentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing excellent support in line with service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have a background as an administrative assistant or similar, possess a strong customer-oriented service understanding, and ideally have experience within public administration.
