As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for users, handling and resolving their technical and functional inquiries within the 1st Level Support, specifically for citizen services and business registration. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements. You will also contribute to process optimization and documentation improvements.
