As an IT Administrator, you will be a crucial part of an internal team, providing essential first-level support and ensuring smooth IT operations for a leading HR services group. Your daily tasks will involve managing service and incident requests through a ticket system and phone, troubleshooting technical issues for users, and maintaining the Microsoft system environment, including Entra, VDA, SharePoint, Exchange, and SQL-Fileserver. You will also handle user account creation, permission assignments, and the configuration and dispatch of hardware like routers, switches, VPNs, and notebooks.
